El PERATMP, cuyo contenido se recoge en el anexo del referido Decreto, se compone de 6 volúmenes.
1º relativo a los fundamentos legales y técnicos del Plan: que establece su carácter de
Plan Director de la Planificación territorial de ámbito inferior y conteniendo, a su vez, el contenido mínimo de los Planes de Actuación Municipal.
2º relativo al análisis de riesgo en el territorio de la Comunidad Valenciana.
3º relativo a la estructura y organización, definiéndose en este apartado los órganos de dirección y coordinación de emergencias en función de las distintas fases de la emergencia.
4º y el 5º aborda cuestiones de implantación y mantenimiento de la operatividad del PERATMP.
6º contiene, en anexos, la información sobre los municipios con riesgos en la C.V. los mapas de flujos de mercancías peligrosas, la clasificación de las mercancías peligrosas así como las fichas de intervención para materias radiactivas.
